Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Return Process

  1. Contact us at shebancollection@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.
